Finder 源 ID 闭门

• 用户目标：执行 MD-QA-OPS-127-FINDER-SOURCE-READINESS-DIAGNOSTICS-FIX-01，关闭 reviewer F-01。
• 修复：duplicate identity 检查中，任一 other-window ID absent/invalid 复用 SOURCE_WINDOW_ID_ABSENT_OR_INVALID；non-benign、duplicate、valid-distinct 分支保持。
• RED/GREEN：other-ID absent/invalid 两条生产 classifier 回归先使 self-test exit1，最小 switch 修复后 PASS；三窗口 counter 验证终态无后续 ID 读取。
• 验证：七工具 typecheck/self-test/no-args 7/7；非法参数5/5；manifest/SHA/raw identity/mutation/privacy/产品零引用通过；未运行真实 Finder/AX/QA。
• 文件：FinderSourceDiagnose.swift、sanitized manifest、Review Request/JSON、统一台账和 PMO_INBOX。
• Review Gate：crg-b65f87708d42。
• 后续：等待独立复审；PASS 前不得运行真实分类、isolation 或 NativeDrag。
