2026-07-04 M4C插件迁移

用户目标

  • 执行 M4C-PLUGIN-SOURCE-01，把 Mindraw Codex plugin 长期 canonical source 从本机 /Users/ar/plugins/mindraw 收回到 P2 03-O 受管范围。
  • /Users/ar/plugins/mindraw 降级为本机 Codex plugin 入口 / symlink adapter；installed cache 只保留 runtime cache 定位。
  • 非破坏性迁移，不改 Mindraw 主 App 源码、构建脚本、发布资料或用户可见行为，不实现 target-link entry。

已完成事项

  • 在 /Users/ar/Projects/Mindraw/P2.mindrawforcodex/03-O/C1.source/mindraw-plugin/ 建立 canonical plugin source。
  • 将原 /Users/ar/plugins/mindraw 保留为 /Users/ar/plugins/mindraw.pre-canonical-20260704152227 备份，并把 /Users/ar/plugins/mindraw 改为指向 canonical source 的 symlink adapter。
  • 重新执行 codex plugin add mindraw@personal，personal marketplace 仍通过 ./plugins/mindraw 消费本机 adapter。
  • 补齐 canonical / adapter / installed 三组 validation、npm run check、lifecycle / HTTP / MCP / sidebar smoke、SkillSpector、敏感扫描和一致性证据。
  • 更新 P2 AGENTS.md、INDEX.md、03-O/C1.source/AGENTS.md、03-O/C1.source/CODEGRAPH.md、主项目统一台账和正式 QA 记录。

  • canonical source：/Users/ar/Projects/Mindraw/P2.mindrawforcodex/03-O/C1.source/mindraw-plugin/。
  • local adapter：/Users/ar/plugins/mindraw symlink。
  • installed cache：/Users/ar/.codex/plugins/cache/personal/mindraw/0.1.0+codex.20260704090518，不作为源码事实源。
  • 未提升 plugin cachebuster；本轮只改 source ownership topology，不改 runtime behavior。

未决问题

  • /Users/ar/plugins/mindraw.pre-canonical-20260704152227 应保留到 PMO 复核迁移后再决定是否清理。
  • codebase-memory 仍保留旧索引名，本轮未刷新自动图谱。
  • target-link sidebar entry 仍是后续需求。

后续建议

  • PMO 复核后可关闭 PMO-PLUGIN-SOURCE-01 并更新 active assignment 状态。
  • 后续 plugin 行为改动应直接修改 canonical source，再通过 /Users/ar/plugins/mindraw adapter 安装到 cache。
