用户目标

用户在 fresh / clean macOS 环境补跑 H8 formal release 第 10 项 m4c portable preflight，并把结果回传给 PM 线程，要求继续推进 formal release。

已完成事项

  • PM 读取并确认用户回传的 /Users/ar/Downloads/Syn/m4c-h8-04-fresh-preflight-report.txt。
  • 报告结论为 M4C_H8_04_STATUS=PASS，版本 / build 为 1.0.0 / Build202606282019，bundle id 为 com.mindraw.desktop。
  • 报告显示 codesign_status=pass、spctl_status=pass、.mindraw 与 mindraw:// handler 声明均 pass，LaunchServices claim pass。
  • 报告显示未采集 runtime capability、loopback endpoint、token、key 或 credential。
  • PM 已更新 02-P/plan-progress.markdown，把 H8 状态改为等待 MD-H8-04 正式 verdict，而不是继续等待用户补测。
  • PM 已把证据转交 coder2@mindraw 线程 019f0cb7-61d6-7b81-8f41-b3544b62e737，要求收敛 MD-H8-04 完整 PASS / FAIL / BLOCKED。
  • PM 已更新 h8-formal-release-monitor heartbeat，使后续监控等待 coder2 的 PM_NOTIFY_READY 结论。

关键决策

  • PM 不直接宣布 PM-H8-GATE GO。
  • 第 10 项 PASS 证据足以进入 MD-H8-04 正式判定阶段。
  • 只有 coder2 回写 QA / 台账 / Git 证据后，PM 才判断是否进入 release notes 用户审阅、最终安装体验验收和 PM Gate。
