# 2026-07-04 M4C-BUNDLE-06

## 用户目标

- 作为新 `Coder@m4c` 接手 `M4C-BUNDLE-06`：sidebar live refresh and edit focus feedback。
- 先恢复 `/Users/ar/plugins/mindraw` source plugin 工作区，再从 source 修改并同步 installed cache。
- 限时收口，不再反复等待 Playwright / CDN 下载；若 source + installed sidebar smoke 通过则回报 `PM_NOTIFY_READY: yes`。

## 已完成事项

- 读取并遵守 Mindraw / P2 入口规则、统一台账、PMO assignment、P2 `INDEX.md`、`CODEGRAPH.md`、任务派工、App 侧 QA 记录和 agent skill security 规则。
- 从 installed cache `/Users/ar/.codex/plugins/cache/personal/mindraw/0.1.0+codex.20260702095612` 恢复 source plugin `/Users/ar/plugins/mindraw`。
- 在 source plugin 中做最小代码改动：为 `smoke-sidebar` 增加 `MINDRAW_PLAYWRIGHT_EXECUTABLE_PATH` / `PLAYWRIGHT_CHROMIUM_EXECUTABLE_PATH` browser executable launch 入口，避免 flaky Playwright CDN / headless-shell 下载阻塞验证。
- 通过 cachebuster 将 plugin 版本推进到 `0.1.0+codex.20260704090518`，并用 `codex plugin add mindraw@personal` 同步 installed cache。
- 补齐 source + installed validation、syntax check、lifecycle / HTTP / MCP / general / sidebar smoke、SkillSpector、安全扫描和 P2 正式记录。
- PMO 收到 `PM_NOTIFY_READY: yes` 后，将 `02-P/pmo-active-assignments.json` 中 `M4C-BUNDLE-06-20260702` 从 `active` 改为 `pending-pmo-reconciliation`，并在 `02-P/plan-progress.markdown` 追加 PMO 将该 assignment 移出 active matching 的记录；这只表示 worker 回报已到 PMO，不解除主项目当前 Review Gate 约束。

## 关键决策

- `/Users/ar/plugins/mindraw` 是 M4C / agent 本机 source plugin 实验和开发工作区；本轮不把 installed cache 当唯一长期源码。
- `smoke-sidebar` browser executable env 只影响测试 / smoke 启动路径，不改变用户侧 sidebar 行为。
- 当前任务仍只覆盖 latest-created project canvas；任意 `mindraw://...documentId...elementId...` target-link sidebar entry 另拆。

## 未决问题

- App 前置 / focus 仍受 macOS windowing 和 Mindraw App 侧能力限制；m4c 侧给出明确可见反馈。
- 用户人工体验验收仍需 PMO 结合 App 侧 review / packaging 状态组织。
- 长期 plugin source 目录治理已由 PMO 登记为后续事项，当前不迁移目录。

## 后续建议

- PMO 结合 `MD-BUNDLE-06` App 侧状态决定 refreshed DMG / Gate / 用户复验路径，若打包目标版本不低于 `1.2.3`。
- 若需要处理任意 target link entry，另拆独立 `M4C-*` 任务并明确 document / element target 契约。
