# TagLauncher

TagLauncher is a tag-based Mac app launcher. This repository now uses `/src` as the single canonical source tree.

## Source

- App source, build scripts, QA scripts, catalogs, and release materials live in `src/`.
- Build from `src/`, for example:

```bash
cd /Users/ar/Projects/Taglauncher/src
bash build.sh
```

- Do not create sibling source folders such as `/Users/ar/Projects/Taglauncher-*-source`.

## Project Knowledge

- Non-source documents, website/archive material, canvases, and Codex session history are kept outside this source worktree under `/Users/ar/Projects/Taglauncher-doc/`.
- Current repo-adjacent documents moved out of the source worktree are under `/Users/ar/Projects/Taglauncher-doc/RepoWorkspace/Docs/`.
- Codex session history is under `/Users/ar/Projects/Taglauncher-doc/chat-history/codex-sessionhistory/`.
